About Ultra Care

Ultra Care is a Sony Authorised Service Centre serving customers across Raipur and Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh. Since 2014, Ultra Care has been committed to delivering reliable, transparent, and customer-focused service support for Sony customers.

Founded by Mr. Pankaj Ghosh and Mr. Dinesh Roy, Ultra Care began its journey in Raipur with a clear vision — to provide professional service, genuine support, and a smooth customer experience.

Our Journey

Ultra Care was officially inaugurated on 18 June 2014 in Raipur.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by respected representatives from Sony India and the Sony retail network, including: Mr. Vijay Sai (RSM, West – Sony India), Mr. Anees Juneja (BM, Chhattisgarh – Sony India), Mr. Mohan Mandhan (Owner – Fairdeal, Sony Center Raipur). Their presence marked an important beginning for Ultra Care and strengthened our commitment to serve Sony customers with responsibility, care, and professionalism.

Growth and Expansion

Starting from Raipur, Ultra Care gradually expanded its service support to nearby and upcountry locations. With continuous trust from customers and valuable support from Sony India, Ultra Care opened its second branch in Jagdalpur in 2023.

Today, Ultra Care proudly serves customers across the Raipur Division and the entire Bastar region, making service support more accessible to customers across Chhattisgarh.
